RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS or EXCHANGES on Healing Enhancements branded Compression Garments or Bras that are returned to us in original, unwashed, unused condition.   All Sales Final on the following items: Garments with Panty/Thong Bottoms, Gel Masks, Wound Care, Shapewear, Activewear, Cosmetic Non-Surgical Products, Skin Care, Pillows, and Vitamins & Supplements.

Returns or exchanges must be authorized beforehand with RA/EX# (see below for process). 

In the event of an exchange, for collateral purposes, the garment or bra is then re-ordered in the correct size. 

Credit is given for a the returned or miss-ordered garment after a complete inspection and business. Returns are subject to restocking fee of 15% to cover business costs. 

Credits are applied through the original payment method only and may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for completion.

Defects must be identified within 10 days of receiving order. Defective items are then replaced, not refunded.

All Sales Final after 30 days of date of purchase.

All Sales Final on International Orders

Shipping Charges are business costs that we can not recuperate, therefore they are non-refundable.  Customer is responsible for product is labeled defective.

Restocking fees are assessed to cover any business costs incurred. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for a return to be inspected, processed, and credited.

To Obtain an RA/EX# by EMAIL. All returns must be authorized before sending the product back, no exceptions.

To the Consumer - Your safety and ours is of my utmost importance. Medical grade compression garments have a completely different purpose from retail garments. They are designed to assist in surgical recovery and come in direct contact with open wounds and the drainage of harmful bodily fluids. That is why we strongly encourage customers to purchase them a week or more in and advance. Any garment worn post-operatively is “soiled” and cannot be returned due to the health concerns associated, no matter what time frame. Orders submitted Mon-Fri before 12:00 pm EST generally ship within the same business day.  Be mindful of your time zone, you may be several hours behind us, in which the order is shipped the next business day.

FYI: During the holidays season, the volume of mail and parcels nearly doubles overnight for the major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) starting the week of Thanksgiving through the first week of New Years. Please allow extra time for deliveries.

FAQ: What's a business day? Answer: Monday thru Friday, non-holiday.

Free Shipping For Orders Over $75 unless specified within product details. Free shipping is for orders shipped to U.S. addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii.  Orders are shipping via US Postal Service 1st Class Mail with normal delivery time between 5-10 business days. (some exceptions may apply).
